INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES

Customs and import duties

All of our orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

We can not change the value of your order for customs reasons, and the true value of your order will be shown on the outside of your parcel.

The price of your order does not include Customs and Duties and customs will get in touch with you in regards to how to pay your customs fee.

Shipping Policy

Customs can take up to 30 days to source, customise and get sent out.

Once an item is sent, we will provide a tracking number, its the customers responsibility to ensure they track the parcel. If a parcel is delivery and no one is home for the collection after a certain no, of days the parcel may be sent back to us. in which case we will have to charge for re-delivery.

The 30 days completion estimate applies to all of our sneakers except the Jordan 1 Mid/ Highs. These sneakers are already very had to find in certain sizes, especially in all white. Therefore we estimate 45 days for Jordans. If we have not been able to source the sneaker by the 30th day we can offer you a refund with a deduction of £10.

Our turnaround time for orders is 30 days. If you are looking to place an order with us, but need them for a specific date, please get in touch with us via email or Instagram DM to discuss.

Footwear Return Policy

All products are made to order, customised by hand.

Therefore all sales are final, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES available on footwear.

Orders can take up to 30 days, and special orders may take longer. However if we are unable to source the Sneaker to be customised we will let you know one week prior to the deadline.

Tracking codes will be provided once sneakers have been dispatched.

Cancellation Policy

We work fast, usually within 24 hrs we order the sneakers ready to be customised.

For this reason we offer Free Cancellation within 24 hours, after this point we will charge £45 for an order to be canceled AS LONG AS we have not begun customising. The moment we prep the sneaker No Cancellations can be made.
